Where can I purchase The Rosy Hanger™?
Currently, you can purchase The Rosy Hanger™ on our website at www.rosydoodles.com.
How does The Rosy Hanger™ work?
The Rosy Hanger™ is made from a mesh screen where you can hang your earrings and brooches in the holes, and wood poles where you can hang your necklaces, bracelets, watches, and rings. The hanger has a piece of string on top that can be used to place the hanger on a nail or a hook.
Can I choose the colours of The Rosy Hanger™?
There are five different designs of The Rosy Hanger™ from which to choose.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time, we accept orders from the United Kingdom and the United States.
Will I be on a mailing list?
When you check out, you will have the option of being included on the Rosy Doodles promotional email list. You may opt out of this list at any time. Rosy Doodles will not give your information to third parties.
Do I need to register with Rosy Doodles?
You need to register with Rosy Doodles in order to complete your transaction. Your information is secure and will not be shared with third parties. If you choose to pay through PayPal, you will also need to create a PayPal account if you do not already have one.
Do you sell gift boxes and gift vouchers?
At this time, Rosy Doodles does not sell gift boxes or gift vouchers.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Rosy Doodles Limited accepts payments through PayPal, where you will also have the option to pay using MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch/Maestro, or Solo.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the Rosy Doodles website?
You may purchase with confidence on our site. Rosy Doodles Limited uses encrypted data and an SSL certificate to guarantee that your information is secure. Credit card payments are processed by PayPal, and Rosy Doodles never stores your credit card information.
What do you charge for shipping?
The price of £14.99 per hanger includes shipping within the United Kingdom and the United States.
Do you charge VAT on my purchase?
Rosy Doodles does not charge you VAT on your purchases.
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom should arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to the United States should arrive within 8-10 business days.
What happens if my order has not arrived within the time you allow?
If you have not received your order within our specified time, please email us at info@rosydoodles.com.
Returns
What is your return/exchange policy?
We are certain that you will be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. You must pay for your own postage for the return of the item.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at info@rosydoodles.com with your name, email address, date of purchase, and why you are returning the item, and we will tell you the next steps. We advise that for your own protection, you always obtain a proof of postage when returning items.
How long does it take for a return to be processed and a refund applied back to my card?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your item(s) and to apply a refund.
